Welcome friends and family to our Adventures Abroad Blog (or Adventures A-blog, for short 😉)!

In February 2025, we moved to Saint-Genis-Pouilly --- a small town on the French side of the Franco-Swiss border --- so that Jenna can work at CERN for the next year! We know this year is going to be full of fun travel opportunities, new friendships, and lots of tasty foods, and we wanted to find the best way to document it and share it with all of you! The problem was that neither of us uses social media anymore. But Jamie (Jenna's sister) recently shared with us a blog that her friend (who is living in Spain for the year) created, and we thought that was the perfect solution! A way to share our photos with you, without getting lost in a sea of advertisements and suggested posts.

We plan to have a few different pages, including a "Tasty Pastries" page where we document all the pastries we've tried from the local pâtisseries, in addition to semiregular blog posts on what we've been up to! Also, whenever you see blue text, it means that Jenna is writing, whenever you see green text, Nick is writing, and whenever you see black text, we are writing together!
